RETURN DURING COVID
It was almost 9 months ago that I first opened the Acne Studio and I am thrilled to tell you that after 7 months of being closed we have finally been allowed to reopen!! Thank you for all of your support during this long season, I am so appreciative. Every online order, virtual appointment, phone call, email and text message - your support has been incredible and has allowed me to keep the Studio open.
Your health, our health, and the health of our community is my top concern; and I am committed to keeping us safe. We have spent a lot of time preparing for your return. Please take the time to read over these very important details.
THINGS WE HAVE DONE TO PROTECT YOU
Following The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health and the CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology we have implemented the following:
All areas are cleaned & disinfected with Hospital grade EPA products before and after every client including all common areas.
We have added Medical Hepa Filter air purifiers.
Open doors & open windows in the treatment room and common areas.
Face Masks / Face Shield / Gloves are worn with every treatment. Including Lab Coat changes.
Daily employee temperature checks.
Altered schedules have been instituted to maximize physical distancing.
Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the studio.

You will be notified as soon as we have these ready to be picked up or when they are shipped.
The door will remain locked so please text (424-327-0454) upon arrival and we will let you know as soon as we are ready for you.
Health screening – symptom check for cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever or chills within the last 14 days.
We will ask that you wash hands for at least 20 seconds prior to treatment.
A face mask is REQUIRED upon entering And I urge you to bring a clean mask to put on after your treatment.
At this time no guests are allowed inside the studio without an appointment. Parents are allowed to accompany their student. However, siblings and friends are not allowed at this time.
A Covid-19 consent form must be signed prior to treatment.
Payments – Apple Pay, All credit cards (no signature is required). invoice. Please note that ALL invoices are due on the date of service. Checks are not accepted. If you are paying in cash please bring exact amount.
**With the added protocols, please allow a little extra time for your appointment.
I ask that you please help me in keeping us all safe. Please pay attention to your body... Should you feel ill in anyway, or been exposed to someone who has been sick, I ask that you please let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment without penalty. I can assure you that I will still work to get your skin clear, even if we need to do so virtually.

If you wish to delay in office appointments, I am more than happy to schedule a facetime/ zoom session to help you continue your clear skin journey.
